Order Processing
You will receive your order in approximately one week or less based on time that payment is received or in the case of payment by check, the check clearing, (Please note that this applies to domestic orders. International orders may take longer.)
Grading System
We use a 4 level grading system:- Mint/Near Mint - New - taken from a pack and placed in a protective sleeve, visible minor scratches or blemishes that happen while in the package, there is really no such thing as a Mint card.
- Fine - Used - this card has been played but was placed in a protective sleeve, visible minor scratches or blemishes, and some edge wear.
- Playable - Used - this card has been played, has scratches or blemishes, and edge wear. This card can be played with or without a sleeve.
- Questionable - Used - this card has seen heavy use and most likely abused. The corners and edges show wear and/or discoloration. The back may have scratches or scuffs as well as a crease that may or may not go through to the front of the card. These cards can only be played with a sleeve.
We offer these "Questionable" cards deeply discounted and it is a way that you can get some very powerful cards at an affordable price.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Satisfaction Guaranteed on all singles. If for some reason you do not like your merchandise, you can return it for a full refund, singles only, (this does not include opened booster packs, boxes and other factory sealed merchandise.) You just need to send an e-mail to RAN@ccg-trader.com requesting a return authorization number (RAN); no refunds will be given without a RAN. This satisfaction guarantee is good for 15 days from purchase.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, simply e-mail us at sales@ccg-trader.com. Please include the invoice number of the item that you would like to cancel to insure accuracy.
International Orders
We can ship merchandise to the following countries:
USA, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Great Britain, France, Germany, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Holland/Netherlands, Denmark, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Finland, Portugal, Israel, Greece, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
If you country is not on the list and you wish to place an order we will consider it on a case-by-case bases.
Other Payment Methods
To place an order using a personal check or money order or by sending your credit card information (you must include name, card billing address, credit card number, expiration date, card type and the 3 digit security code on the back of your card), purchase your products online as if paying by credit card. When prompted to pick a payment method, simply pick the box marked Pay by Check or Money Order and click continue. Once you complete your order, you will be given an Order Number and shown a final receipt page. Print and mail this page with your payment to:

Please write your Order Number on your check/money order. If you are unable to print your receipt, please include a note with your check clearly stating your Order Number. We will only hold cards for 7 days, if you make an order by mail as we have had a large number of nonpayments on mail orders, if you want to be sure your item is shipped right away you much order using online credit card payment.
